If after one married, will it be humiliating to live under the same roof with their parents?
Why is it?
It brings up a thinking of “too poor to own one”?
And why public has such a negative thought?
Can’t it be “I don’t want to leave my parents”?
Or “I want to look after my parents”?
Now does it looks humiliating?
Most of the people today want to live as far and as soon as they could from their parents after marriage. And why?
It does really sounds like they hate their parents and just want to stay away from them.
Does it sounds humiliating?
Public must have been missed that thought.
Most of the people today marry at the age of 30, or even worse, older than 30, still single.
Because what? Because they needed to have “asset” to fulfill “public admiral”.
One day when you’re old and you will have wanted to live longer to see your child’s life, or maybe your grandchild.
Too bad its too late.
Cause you’ve been trying to satisfy public, not yours.
Or maybe you won’t, because you hate one.
HAHA!

Life’s full of choices. Go to supermarket to buy a pack of instant noodle and you will see a whole rack of noodles, variety of brands, too much flavor for selection.
Give a person a million ringgit, he/she would want to buy alot of stuffs. Give a person a hundred ringgit, he/she will only buy 1 or few things.
When options overwhelming, thought goes wilder.
When I shoot, I have to pick wide angle, or tight cropping. Straight composition or slanted? How about setting? Vivid? Or standard? Sharpness, saturation, contrast? And then I ended up shot a bunch of no-keeper.
Lately I’ve been limited myself with a 50mm prime lens. So that I would’nt picky on cropping/angle. I will have to accept every picture I shot with the prime. Then I shot RAW only. To prevent a bunch of no-keeper.

Today went to Penang. Looking for a tripod. There are a lot of camera shops around KOMTAR area. They offer competitive price, comparable or even cheaper than in KL.
But first I went to Plaze Gurney, just lurking around. It still early, around 3 pm when I reached there.
Nothing catch my eyes in Gurney… All those expensive stuffs were not really for me. Heaven for fashionista, no-no for me…
Walk along Gurney Drive… Some food stalls nearby already open, even its still 4pm.
Then I look at a log settled on beachfront and found some mudskippers, a fish species that can survive on land…
still didn’t found it? click here

And then I went to Taman Kota Lama. My favourite spot to sit, and let the time pass by…
And catch the sunset… Ops… The sun is on the west… Not east…

Recently I’ve made myself a new blog. theorangesheep.blogspot.com because I’d need something faster, simplier and just concentrate on 1 thing at a time.
WordPress is great… But not with the combination of Screamyx which make loading/uploading picture like waiting for bank loan aprroval.
One mistake that I rojaked this wordpress as well… Game, photograph, family, personal life, friends all under 1 web is just going to blur people out, “What the hell is this blog was about?”.
I will not abandon wordpress straight away, I’ll use 2 blog anyway. It will just become less post count for either one.
Have a nice day 😉

Around 7.20 am today, my drooling-sleep was disturbed by some noise on my room door… At first I thought it was my housemate knocking on door… Quickly I woke and sat up… Its was just some scratching sounds on door. Thinking it was some rat, I continue sail my dream – sleep.
I woke up and ready to bath around 7.40 later on… I saw this…
Is this a squirrel?? It was wayyy uglier than I think squirrel was…
Well it just trapped inside house so what I do is open the door and went to bath. It was gone when I came out.
Squirrel isn’t cute =9

Just had Penang TT yesterday. What’s a TT? Its “teh tarik”, also resemble with “yamcha” or “minum-minum” with the main topic of photography.
Held in e-Gate Starbucks.
This is my first TT session – although there are Alpha Perak, but some how there are always some reasons prevented me from going TT (rain and stuffs).
To be honest, this is also the first time I ever hang out in Starbucks. Yeah I didn’t order myself a drink. What a cheapo me.
Overall its a new great experience. Discussing photography face to face, get to try new gears, shares point of view, comparing gears and etc. Now I regretted that I did not try harder to attend myself in Alpha Perak TT.
__________
Not much shots of the attendant. But I’ll put as much as possible.
There are another 5 person. But sadly didn’t take any picture of them.
__________
Not much of poison tonight, don’t know its lucky or bad luck.
However the most poisonous gear was:
50mm 1.4 did impress me. While my shutter speed was limitted to 1/25 sec top on my 50mm @ 1.7. With 1.4, it allows me to do up to 1/60! A great advantage over blurry image.
__________
Another common poison was the COBRA – flashgun HVL-F58AM to be exact.
Why called cobra? Because its the only flashgun that can swivel right and left with flash still facing front.
Size comparison between my F42 and F58. F58 was much larger and could bump into my head while looking into optical view. The moving mechanism was very smooth! Compared to my F42 which have to press a button to unlock head position before it allows to swivel around.
__________
Another typical poison: Beercan
Great bokeh, sharp image, high IQ, internal focusing rotation, fixed F/4 throughout 70~210mm.
__________
But for me the most poisonous part was the flash diffuser. Strange enough huh?
I managed to test the between diffuser shot and non-diffuser shot.
Here the shots:
EXIF of both shots:
Focal length: 50mm
F-number:Â F/1.7
Exposure time: 1/80 sec
ISO speed: ISO 100
Of course some people may ask: “Isn’t it the brighter the better?”
The answer is no. Non diffused flash kills the ambient light and too harsh for portraiture – which will caused unpleasent reflection on skin tone. Not to mention it wiped out the white balance and causes harsh shadow of subject.
I might wanna get one! Haha.
__________
The whole Alpha entry level DSLR, opss missed the a100.
Got to test the kit lens SAL 55-200 too, one of the item on my wishlist while ago.
Sharp indeed.
EXIF:
Focal length: 200mm
F-number:Â F/5.6
Exposure time: 1/60 sec
ISO speed: ISO 800
I uploaded pic of 50mm to compare the subject distance.
Left at around 11.40 PM.
Great time I had here. Looking forward for more TT and hopefully photoshooting next time. =DDD
